At Throwback, we want to ensure your vintage-inspired gear fits perfectly; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in brand-new, re-sellable condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
